Ericka manages the day-to-day operations at EcoMedica, ensuring that Dr. Marra’s patients receive seamless, supportive care from their first appointment to ongoing follow-ups. With ten years of experience in program management in behavioral health and special education programs, she brings a unique blend of operational excellence, quality of care, and continuous improvement, safeguarding accuracy and completeness. Ericka combines her administrative experience with a deep belief in whole-person care, making sure every patient’s experience is handled with professionalism, privacy, and respect. 

She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and two Master’s degrees in Education. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Corporate Compliance from George Washington University. In her free time, Ericka enjoys hiking, biking, and pickleball.
